30-day money-back guarantee: if Somuno Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it on our website and you get your money back in full – no questions asked.

Purchases on this website

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle handles refunds.

Go to paddle.net and find your order with the email address you used to buy.
Choose your Somuno order and request a refund.

You can also email us at support@hongyangjin.com with your order number, and we'll help.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, the money can take up to 10 business days to appear. When an order is refunded, its license is cancelled and you should remove it from your Macs.

After 30 days, we look at refund requests case by case – for example if Somuno doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it. This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Purchases in the Mac App Store

Apple sells in-app purchases in the Mac App Store, and only Apple can refund them. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides under its own policies.
